We are seeking an experienced Control-M Developer with strong hands-on skills in job configuration, monitoring, and environment setup. The ideal candidate will be capable of working flexibly, including weekends and non-standard hours.

Key Responsibilities

• ✔️ Expertise in Control-M configurations, job creation, monitoring, and troubleshooting to enhance operational efficiency.
• ✔️ Translate complex technical concepts into simple terms for non-technical stakeholders.
• ✔️ Contribute to automation and operational excellence in dynamic environments.
• ✔️ Manage Control-M installations, configurations, and upgrades across production, pre-production, development, and QA environments.
• ✔️ Prepare and manage server environments including Control-M server builds, OS installations, and database setups.

Requirements

• 🔹 Minimum 4+ years of hands-on Control-M experience.
• 🔹 Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• 🔹 Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
• 🔹 Experience managing Control-M across multiple environments.
